Yes — for many workplaces, a vending machine can be installed with zero capital outlay. This is called fully managed vending, and it is the most popular way businesses add snacks, drinks and coffee to their site without buying any equipment.
How fully managed vending works
With our fully managed service, 3D Vending supplies, installs, maintains and restocks the machines at no cost to you. Revenue is generated through product sales, so you don't pay for the machine itself.
We handle everything from start to finish:
- Delivery and installation of the machines
- Regular restocking with high-street brands your team loves, such as Nescafé, Cadbury and PG Tips
- Deep cleaning and sanitary maintenance schedules
- Routine maintenance, with automatic low-stock alerts so machines don't run empty
This full-service approach needs zero management time from you — no ordering stock, no cleaning rotas and no chasing repairs.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
We guarantee a response to any technical fault within 4 working hours. Our engineers are fully trained and DBS-checked, and we have a 98% first-time fix rate. Regular preventative maintenance visits help stop problems before they start.
Is fully managed vending right for my workplace?
It suits busy sites where staff need refreshments throughout the day and nobody has time to run the machines — factories, warehouses, offices and similar workplaces. If you would rather own your equipment, we also offer new and refurbished machines to buy outright — see our guide on buying or fully managed vending.
Where do you offer fully managed vending?
We operate fully managed vending services across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire — including Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Mansfield and Worksop. We also supply vending ingredients and equipment to businesses across the whole of the UK.
